The living room has a sofa may be converted to a bed for an adult or 2 children by night. The large flat screen TV has cable channels TV and unlimited high speed internet local connection or WIFI.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with firm mattress.

Kitchen

The open Americain open-style kitchen is very well equipped with an electric stove (2 electric plate), a refrigerator, an electric oven and micro-wave, coffee maker and a complete set of crockery and cooking utensils. There is also a washing machine without dryer incorporated (clothes). There is a rack to dry your clothes though.

Bathroom

The bathroom has an excellent shower cabin with good water pressure, the toilet is attached, furnished with a small closet, and wash basin too. We provide bed linens and a set of bath towels.

Neigborhood

Metro station : The nearest metro is just a 2 mins walk : Porte de Champeret (line 3) Plus many buses.

Misc : This traditional Parisian neighborhood has a great variety of shops, nice restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and open air markets like the one on Rue Poncelet. Further up, the famous Place de l'Etoile and the celebrated Avenue des Champs Elysees can be found.
