The apartment is divided as follows : when you enter it is a 12m2 living room with on its right-hand side a 13m2 bedroom and on its left-hand side a small separate kitchen and a bathroom with toilet.
Located on the third (American 4th storey) and last floor of an 18th century walk-up building, without an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system. The exposure is south and it faces a calm courtyard. The walls are white painted and covered with original stones and beams at some parts. There is linoleum floors almost everywhere.

Living room

The living room has a window facing the courtyard and is decorated with a dining table with its matching chairs and a sofa which may be converted into a bed and an extra bed for the 5th person. INTERNET and cable TV are available in the apartment.

Bedroom

The bedroom has a window viewing the courtyard as well and is furnished with a double bed (140 wide), two bedside tables with lamps, closets, a chest of drawers with a lamp, a wooden desk with a chair and a lamp.

Kitchen

The kitchen has a small window facing the courtyard and is equipped with a microwave, two electric burners, a small fridge, a coffee maker and a stainless sink as well as all the necessary utensils.

Bathroom

The bathroom is all tiled and fitted with a small tub with a wall-mounted shower head and a washbasin surmounted by a medicine cabinet and a toilet.

Neigborhood

Metro station : Vaneau and Sevres Babylone (lines 10, 12).

Misc : In a short distance is the renowned Boulevard Saint Germain, the ravishing Luxembourg Garden, the Seine River, and most of the monuments and points of interest. Also, in the neighbourhood there are excellent quality services such as fine bakeries, selected supermarkets, and the well-known daily ‘Buci’ open air market.
The Saint-Germain district is a celebrated area for its elegant, trendy streets; stylish fashion shops, a traditional elegant mall, antiques’ shops, art galleries, sophisticated and traditional restaurants and cafes.
