For users

Vakasys provide services for owners wishing to advertise their property.

Users can directly contact the owner of the rental unit. The user is not charged for the lease.

For owners

Membership registration is free of charge. The cost will be charged when the property owner adds a new property. For each property we ask 2.50 Euros for 30 days. The owner can pay a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 2 years.

The cost to the owner is already included in the data selection and edited photos (1 primary photo with 10 additional photos).

You can make payment through:
1. Credit card / Paypal.
2. Bank transfer.

The owners will get a notification email if the property is no longer available. If the owner does not make any payment, the property will be suspended and will not appear on the site page.

Cancellation of the activation will be charged.
